1.前轮下摆臂平衡拉杆(原车必备配件)
——设计安装于前桥与前轮的单独连接,主要作用是负责控制前轮的内外侧倾角;
2.方向前束平衡拉杆(原车必备配件)
——设计安装于两边的前轮下摆臂上,控制方向前轮的整体对称。主要作用是负责前轮的前倾角,保持方向轮的循迹能力;
3.前轮避震塔塔顶平衡拉杆(港澳俗称:顶巴。选装件)
——设计安装于前避震塔塔顶的位置上。主要作用是增强机舱与前部车身的刚性,抵消离心横向扭力造成的车架形变(严重时的形变能造成塔顶撕裂),改善车辆的过弯能力,提高过弯速度,减小车身受离心力作用而产生的侧倾角度;
4.前底横梁平衡拉杆(俗称:前底吧。选装件)
——设计安装于前桥与车架底盘前方的连接部位。主要作用是增强前底横梁(前桥)与底盘的连接强度,减小离心力与车身扭曲造成的前桥位移形变,其主要作用同样是改善过弯性能;
5.后轮避震塔塔顶平衡拉杆(俗称:后顶吧。选装件)
——设计安装于后避震塔塔顶的位置上。主要作用是增强车尾箱的强度,减小车厢后部由于离心力造成的横向扭曲,减小过弯时车尾部的侧倾度,提高车辆过弯性能;
6.后桥悬挂增强平衡拉杆(俗称:后底吧。选装件)
——设计安装于后桥与车架底盘后方的连接位置上。主要作用是加强后桥与车架的连接强度;
7.车架(车身)底盘增强平衡拉杆(组件)
——设计安装于车架底盘的中间部位,主要作用是加强车架底盘的整体刚性。
视车辆出厂设计,车架结构不同,有些被省略,有些被其他的结构取代。
家庭型车辆通常不太讲究这些装备,但运动型车辆,则宁多勿少。
此外,还有为了增强车身整体刚性而专业改装的车身(驾驶舱内)防滚支撑架与侧门加强钢梁等,都是专业性较强的竞技必备改装项目。
平衡杆的取材非常讲究,不是普通钢材所能轻易取代。既要求质量尽量轻,又要求其配合车身材料的硬度,达到与之刚柔并济而形成一个融洽的整体。
不同底盘设计的车型,通常不能以其他车型的配件随意代用。
